Hackensack Radiology Group is seeking a fellowship-trained Pediatric Radiologist to join our 100% physician-owned and physician-led practice. Based at the prestigious Joseph M. Sanzari Children's Hospital—the #1 ranked pediatric hospital in New Jersey—you will work alongside the state’s premier subspecialists in an environment that celebrates clinical mastery, academic curiosity, and true work-life integration. The Future of Radiology: AI-Augmented Workflow We don't just use technology; we lead with it. We have invested heavily in a custom, state-of-the-art workflow designed to reduce cognitive load and maximize diagnostic precision. Our platform includes: Intelligent Dictation: Leveraging RadAI reporter for seamless dictation and automated impression generation. AI-Driven Diagnostics: Integrated RadAI reporting dictation system, support tools like AIdoc, and developing AI tools, including a specialized Bone Age Assistant. Optimized Efficiency: Custom worklist orchestration, advanced hotkey scripting, and highly efficient workflow management. Next-Gen Imaging: Access to cutting-edge modalities including Photon Counting CT, multiple 3T MRIs, advanced 3D processing tools, and the latest generation of ultrasound and fluoroscopy equipment. Board Certified/Eligible in Diagnostic Radiology. Completion of (or in progress of) a Pediatric Radiology Fellowship, OR Completion of (or in progress of) the 15 month pathway for Pediatric Radiology certificate eligibility Compensation & Benefits Salary: $450,000-4600,000+ (based on experience, desired work hours, hybrid, remote, etc.) Signing Bonus: Available for qualified candidates.
