Montclair Radiology is a radiologist-run outpatient professional services-only private practice group, having served the Northern New Jersey community for over 80 years. We currently staff several outpatient radiology offices affiliated with New Jersey Imaging Network / RadNet. Several years ago, the group sold our long-standing independently operated imaging centers to RadNet. In our current practice, we work closely with RadNet to utilize cutting-edge AI tools for enhanced diagnostic precision but remain independent. Current Openings: Mammography / Breast Radiologist: Full-time or Part-time available. On-site/Hybrid is preferred. Applicants are required to be Board Certified/Eligible with Breast Fellowship training. Applicants will need to obtain NJ state medical license. This is a purely 100% Breast Imaging position—no pre-op localizations, no tumor boards, no weekend call. Hours: 8 am – 4 pm, weekdays. Depending on applicant preferences, there can be a mix of on-site and remote coverage days. Responsibilities: Shifts will average 40-50 screening exams, 10-12 diagnostic exams (at max, typically lower), 1-2 MRIs, 1-3 biopsies. There is intrinsic variability in diagnostic exams and biopsies. We may schedule ‘diagnostic days’ or ‘biopsy days’ depending on need. Compensation: Starting salary of $500-600k and 8 weeks PTO for full-time, depending on experience. There is also additional opportunity for internal moonlighting.
