Virtua Radiology is seeking a Board-Certified Interventional Radiologist to join our busy and well-established interventional program. This role combines advanced procedural work with diagnostic imaging. Position Highlights Robust interventional radiology practice with a wide procedural mix Predominantly IR procedures and limited diagnostic radiology Dedicated IR suites and experienced clinical support staff Shared call within an established IR team APP support Opportunities for service line growth and program development Responsibilities Perform a broad range of interventional radiology procedures Interpret a limited number of diagnostic imaging studies Collaborate with surgical and medical specialties Participate in multidisciplinary conferences as appropriate Participate in shared interventional radiology call Virtua Offers Competitive compensation Comprehensive benefits including but not limited to: generous PTO time, CME stipend and malpractice coverage Practice in a mission-driven, not-for-profit health system with strong community roots Compensation Transparency In compliance with the New Jersey Pay Transparency Act, the posted minimum base salary for this physician position is $600,000 annually for newly practicing physicians. Providers with post-training experience will be offered a starting base salary of $800,000 based on years of experience, specialty expertise, and overall qualifications. Final compensation will be competitive and commensurate with the candidate's experience, credentials, training, and prevailing market conditions.
