1 Week On / 2 Weeks Off | $550K Base | Potential $900K–$1M A highly successful 20-physician private radiology group in Southern California is expanding and seeking motivated radiologists (all subspecialties welcome) for a MidHawk (swing) position with exceptional lifestyle and income potential. This is a rare flexible schedule in private practice — work only 1 week out of every 3 while maintaining top-tier compensation. Radiologists who are efficient and motivated can realistically approach $900K–$1M annually with RVU incentives.
