Pueblo Radiology Associates is a physician-owned radiology practice serving Ventura County and the Central Coast of California, seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible diagnostic radiologist with subspecialty fellowship training to join our Ventura County team. All diagnostic subspecialties are encouraged to apply. This position is ideally suited to a radiologist living in greater Los Angeles County, Ventura County, or Santa Barbara County with on-site rotations in Camarillo, Oxnard, and Ventura, in addition to remote shifts. All of our physicians work a mix of on-site and remote shifts. We deliver high-quality, subspecialized interpretations across the practice, and we pride ourselves on our long-standing relationships with our partner hospitals. Position Details Location: On-site rotations at our Camarillo, Oxnard, and Ventura sites, combined with remote shifts. Our radiologists live throughout the region, including Westlake Village, Thousand Oaks, Camarillo, Ventura, Ojai and Santa Barbara. Work Environment: Collaborate in a supportive team atmosphere with evenly distributed coverage across our clinical sites. Call Schedule: Overnight radiology coverage (9pm–8am) is provided by our subcontracted teleradiology partnership seven nights per week. Group radiologists share weekend and evening shifts to ensure equitable workload distribution, with an average of 23 weekend shifts per year in 2025. Weekend and evening shifts can be done remotely on a workstation provided by the group. Technology: IntelePACS, InteleOrchestrator (formerly Clario), and Fluency. Work-Life Balance: Our group culture prioritizes work-life balance. We also offer per diem and part-time employment models for appropriate candidates. Partnership & Compensation Partnership Track: Two-year track to partnership for physicians directly out of training; one-year track for candidates with prior work experience. Associate Salary: $425,000 in year one and $450,000 in year two (if applicable). Partner Compensation: Total compensation for partners in 2025 ranged from $850,000 to $1.07 million. Average total partner compensation has increased year over year for the last five years. Time Off: Associates receive 8 weeks of PTO, with the opportunity for additional unpaid time off when staffing levels allow, such as post-weekend days off. Partners averaged 13.2 weeks off in 2025.
