We are comprised of approximately 30 Radiologist. 2-year partnership track $525K+ base, $1,000,000+ total comp with partner distributions — top-tier income potential, with exceptional moonlighting opportunities to go even higher (some partners earn well over $1.5M with moonlighting) 12 weeks vacation , starting year one Read-from-home workstations provided Full benefits: malpractice, health/dental/vision, 401(k) match + profit sharing, CME/business expenses Who we’re looking for: Board eligible/certified Diagnostic Radiologists. All subspecialties welcome — breast imaging and interventional experience especially valued. Fellowship appreciated, not required. We look for radiologists who pair sharp clinical judgment with an even keel — people who make the right call and work well with the team. The work: Onsite coverage at Parkview’s main hospital, outlying county hospitals, and our jointly-owned, state-of-the-art breast and PET imaging centers. Fort Wayne is Indiana’s second-largest city — three hours or less from Chicago, Cincinnati, and Indianapolis, with small-town cost of living and big-city amenities. Indiana’s malpractice environment (medical review panel, damages cap) keeps premiums low.
