North Arkansas Radiology Associates, P.A., is an independent, collegial, physician-owned group of 6 radiologists in North Central Arkansas. The group has had a longstanding relationship with the hospital since its inception. The practice includes a 255-bed level 3 hospital and 2 smaller satellite hospitals. We have two residencies here, family practice and internal medicine. We are currently recruiting for full-time on-site partnership and remote positions. 7-on/7-off Remote Daytime Position: Compensation: $600k-$700k Preferred time: 8am-5pm (central time). Hours negotiable. Expected 85 RVU per shift Mixed case load, predominantly ER and outpatient CT Home workstation stipend provided 100% remote reading with full IT support Board-certified or Board-eligible in Diagnostic Radiology Strong general diagnostic skill set; subspecialty interest optional Eligible for Arkansas medical licensure Reliable, efficient, high-quality reader comfortable with RVU-based compensation On-site Partnership: For experienced radiologists comfortable with high volumes: $850k+ with immediate financial parity and 1 yr to partnership. For new graduates: compensation based on salary plus productivity for the first year, then eligible for partnership after 1 year. 13 weeks vacation An excellent retirement plan allowing pretax savings of $200K+ based on age.
