Radiologists P.A. is an independent, collegial, physician-owned group in western Arkansas. The group has had a longstanding relationship with the hospital for over 60 years. The practice includes a 360-bed level 3 hospital, 4 smaller satellite hospitals, an orthopedic hospital, and a large multispecialty clinic. We also own an imaging center. We are currently recruiting for an on-site general position. On-site General Compensation Experienced Radiologists $1,000,000+ compensation on parity with partners starting day one Full partnership with voting rights after one year New Graduates Year 1: $750,000 Year 2: $1,000,000+ compensation on parity with partners Full partnership with voting rights after year two Benefits Health and dental insurance Tax-deferred compensation options: 401(k), 457, Cash Balance, Profit Sharing $200,000+ annual retirement deferral potential depending on age Home workstation provided (MALP eligible) Position Overview On-site partner-track radiologist Equal governance and transparent compensation structure Schedule 39 weeks/year (Monday–Friday) 13 weeks’ vacation 8–8.5 hour shifts Start times between 7:00–10:00 AM CST Weekends: equal share with partners (currently Q8) Weekend call shifts: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM Saturday and Sunday Practice & Clinical Environment Multi-state hospital system including a 336-bed acute care hospital, orthopedic hospital, four critical access hospitals, and outpatient clinics IR radiologists cover major procedures P.A. covers minor procedures and fluoroscopy Optional procedural backup if desired (no mandatory IR) No mammography required Technology & Infrastructure Medicalis / Visage PACS PowerScribe 360 Epic EMR Select AI tools Candidate Profile Fellowship training preferred but not required (MSK, Neuro, Body MRI) Multiple years’ experience in high-volume practice Efficient, self-motivated reader comfortable with a common worklist Location — Fort Smith, Arkansas Affordable, physician-friendly community Low-friction daily living with easy access to larger metros for weekend travel ~2 hours to Tulsa | ~1 hour to Northwest Arkansas Outdoor recreation: Ozark Mountains, hiking, biking, rivers Strong public and private schools Family-friendly, low traffic // Contact: Gregg Daniels at gdaniels@radpa.com or 479.478.9849
