Description The Department of Radiology and Medical Imaging at the University of Virginia seeks a full-time Abdominal Imaging Radiologist. We are looking for candidates to join our team of seven full-time Abdominal Imagers to complement our busy diagnostic and procedural services. Rank and tenure are dependent upon qualifications and experience. The Department of Radiology and Medical Imaging includes: ~60 Clinical Faculty 14 Research Faculty 40 Residents 27 Fellows/Clinical Instructors. the Abdominal Imaging section has 4-5 dedicated Fellows in addition to Fellows from other services rotate through the Section's clinical service We offer a competitive salary and benefits plan, relocation assistance, productivity incentives, a professional allotment and a sign-on bonus. Qualifications Candidates for this position must have an MD or equivalent degree in the field, be eligible for Virginia State Medical Licensure, and be committed to a career in academic radiology. A background or strong interest in research is preferred.
