CRA provides comprehensive imaging services across five hospital campuses and multiple outpatient centers throughout Massachusetts and Maine, utilizing both on-site and remote interpretation capabilities. Position Summary: We are seeking a diagnostic radiologist to read 3-11 PM (EST), 1 week on / 1 week off. You would join a second radiologist already working the opposite weeks and read alongside 1-2 other radiologists during your shift. Partnership Track: 1-year Partnership Track, no buy-in Employment: Full time, 1 week on / 1 week off Overview: o Work Environment: Fully remote with no onsite duties. Would be reading for 2 hospital systems in MA. o Case Mix: Overlap with the normal day shift from 3 pm 5 pm, with outpatient studies and subspecialty MRI. After, 5 pm, predominantly ED/Inpatient CT, Radiographs, MRI, and US. o Volume: ~60 RVU/shift Compensation Benefits: Salary: $450,000-$700,000 Compensation: Highly competitive compensation with fast-tracked partnership potential, robust growth opportunities, and optional moonlighting.
