Salary Progression: New Grads: $500K (Year 1), $600K (Year 2) Early/Mid-career: $650K (Year 1), 75% partner (Year 2) Partner Compensation: ~$850–$900K+ with excellent health and retirement benefits Lifestyle: ~195 working days/year. Average a 4-day work week with 8 full vacation weeks and excellent schedule flexibility including ability to request individual days off.
