Our highly specialized independent radiology practice provides leading-edge medical imaging at 20+ outpatient radiology centers throughout Northern Virginia and supports Inova’s Health System, Northern Virginia’s leading not-for-profit healthcare network, to deliver excellent patient experience and top quality, specialized care in the DC Metro area (DMV) including Virginia, Washington D.C., and Maryland. FRC is proud to offer multiple employment types: 2-year ownership track for full-time employees working and residing in the DMV + Hybrid schedules depending on specialty Full, part-time, and per diem (PRN) employment opportunities for radiologists residing both in and outside the DMV Almost 100% specialty-specific reading Internal Moonlighting opportunities to enhance skillset and generate additional revenue Overnight team works 100% remote in a 1 week on/2 weeks off rotation supporting ED reads between the hours of 11pm-8am EST covering all emergency non-neuroradiology cases, including Body, MSK, Peds, and Nuclear medicine. Neuro cases are read by Overnight Neuroradiologists Current openings include cardiac and pediatric neuroradiology. Our practice features: Exceptional work-life balance. A fully equipped home workstation will be provided. We offer scheduling flexibility and are happy to discuss your preferred number of workdays per week as well as your ideal work location. Highly competitive compensation package featuring a base salary of $450,000–$500,000, plus productivity-based incentives. Additional internal moonlighting opportunities can increase total annual earnings to $700,000+. Shareholder/Buy In distributions bring total annual earnings to $900,000+. Generous paid time off, with 10–11 weeks of PTO annually, providing ample opportunity for rest, travel, and personal pursuits.
