Massachusetts private practice – all positions! On site, hybrid or fully remote including telemammo This suburban Boston, self-governing and democratically structured 20 member private practice is actively recruiting across all sections due to growth in the practice. The group provides services to a 3 hospital system and has a long standing and stable relationship with the hospital administration and medical staff since 1954. Any fellowship (excluding IR) and you can expect 50% in your subspecialty with balance in general (mammo is available but not required). Recruiting for on site, hybrid or fully remote on all positions! Day shift: 8am – 5pm Evening shift: 3pm – 11pm Schedule for on site would be M-F and if you want partnership you would partake in 1:4 weekends. Breast Imagers can do either dedicated Breast Imaging M-F (no weekends for employed position or any mix of Breast and general/call for partnership. Remote schedule would be 7 on/14 off either 8-5pm at $50/RVU or 3-11pm at $52/RVU on 1099 or adjusted salary based on 17 weeks versus 42. Telemammographer – mix of diagnostic and screeners Will consider W2 with partnership (w/weekends) or W2 employed (no weekends) or 1099. If salaried, receive 600k+ plus productivity and full benefit package including 9 weeks PTO, 10 additional days off between Christmas and New Years, 401k retirement plan, health savings account, medical, dental, occurrence based malpractice insurance, etc. Immediate partnership - equal compensation (700k+), equal work/call requirement with no buy in/buy out. If 1099, receive $50/RVU for days and $52/RVU for evenings plus malpractice .
