Internal Number: 18946 POSITION SUMMARY Coastal Radiology, a Radiology Partners affiliate, is seeking a Remote General Radiologist to join our established and growing team. This position is primarily designed for radiologists seeking a fully remote daytime opportunity with flexible scheduling, while also offering a hybrid option for candidates interested in working onsite in New Bern, North Carolina. Both options provide the opportunity to join a supportive, collegial practice with an established infrastructure for efficient, collaborative workflow and long-term partnership growth. Highlights Include: Competitive salary with a $25k commencement bonus, retention bonuses, and incentive bonuses Fully remote daytime options include 7 on/7 off, 7 on/14 off, or Monday–Friday with minimal weekends Flexible daytime shifts, including 8 a.m.–5 p.m. EST or 9 a.m.–6 p.m. EST No call for the remote position Hybrid option available in New Bern, North Carolina, with a Monday–Friday schedule and flexibility in start and end times Hybrid weekend coverage is one weekend per month, read from home, with time off following the weekend 10 weeks of PTO, increasing to 12 weeks as a partner for the hybrid option Interpret a wide range of general radiology studies, including X-rays, CTs, MRIs, and ultrasounds, across multiple subspecialties Subspecialty work is available in MSK, MRI, Neuro, and Breast MQSA qualification, breast biopsies, and light IR are a plus for the hybrid option Excellent compensation and benefits One- to two-year partnership track based on experience Candidates must possess excellent communication skills PRACTICE OVERVIEW Coastal Radiology is a progressive, physician-led, multispecialty radiology group comprised of 15 radiologists with a long-standing presence in eastern North Carolina. The practice provides comprehensive diagnostic and interventional radiology services across one regional medical center and six outpatient imaging facilities , delivering high-quality, patient-focused care throughout the region. The group is supported by a robust, in-house IT team and an established infrastructure that enables an efficient, collaborative workflow and fosters a collegial practice environment focused on clinical excellence, stability, and long-term growth.
