Description ARA Health Specialists is looking an onsite overnight radiologist to work a desirable 1 week on/2 weeks off schedule in beautiful Asheville, North Carolina. Practice Details ARAHS is a physician-owned , multi-specialty practice (38 radiologists, 9 radiology APs, and 5 vascular surgeons) with highly engaged leadership and support staff, and access to broader collaborative resources via membership in Strategic Radiology. We take pride in our independence and proactively cultivate leadership from within our ranks through peer mentorship and an internal leadership development program. Additionally, our unique FLEX policy allows our partners flexible work, compensation, and time off models to adapt to changing needs and life goals. Full benefits include 401k and Cash Balance Plans for retirement, along with company paid malpractice, credentialing, CME allowance, and reimbursement for moving expenses and phone/equipment, among others. Position Details Qualified candidates must by comfortable interpreting the full range of neuro and body studies for a hospital system that is designated as a stroke center and level II trauma center. LP, paracentesis, thoracentesis, and basic fluoro skills are needed occasionally. Trainees are encouraged to apply. Weekday shifts are 9 hours (9:30 pm-6:30 am), shorter than many similar night positions. Weekends shifts are 7 pm-7 am. This is a shareholder track position (employed option available if desired), and Night physicians enjoy the same competitive compensation as daytime partners, with the option to add lucrative daytime shifts if desired. 2-year partnership track.
