Remote Evening Diagnostic Radiologist | $4,500–$5,000/Shift | 7-on/7-off or 7-on/14-off Florida Space Coast | Full-Time W-2 or 1099 | $50,000 Sign-On Bonus for W-2 Our physician-owned radiology group is seeking an exceptional Diagnostic Radiologist to provide evening coverage for our growing practice on Florida’s Space Coast. We offer significant flexibility in both employment structure and schedule, with opportunities for either full-time W-2 employment with comprehensive benefits or 1099 independent contractor coverage. Schedule options: 7 days on / 7 days off or 7 days on / 14 days off W-2: $4,500 per shift ($819,000/annual for 7 on 7 off) + full benefits + $50,000 sign-on bonus 1099: $5,000 per shift This is an excellent opportunity for radiologists seeking strong compensation, schedule flexibility, and the ability to practice in a rapidly growing coastal market with no state income tax. Case Mix and Case Load: 3 pm-11pm and 4 pm-12am EST shifts ED 80% and inpatient 20% case mix with approximately X-Ray (45%), CT (35%), ultrasound (15%), MRI (4%), NM (1%) Approximately 100 wRVU/shift Why the Space Coast?
