Our rapidly growing team is seeking a highly qualified Interventional Radiologist for either a shareholder/partnership track or a well-compensated employed position. With nine other interventional radiologists on our team, we practice the full gamut of IR and Diagnostic Radiology. Start date: Summer 2025. Position Highlights Compensation: Highly competitive base salary + production bonus Signing Bonus: $50k Vacation: Above-industry-average paid time off Call: Lifestyle-friendly (1 in 10 weeks) with 8–9 weekends per year; call stipend and callback pay in addition to base Location: Enjoy year-round sunshine in Fort Myers—no state income tax! Role & Responsibilities Perform the full spectrum of Interventional Radiology procedures, along with general diagnostic radiology Collaborate with a dedicated team of radiologists; opportunities to continually expand your skillset Hours and responsibilities for employed positions can be adjusted to fit your lifestyle Involvement in practice management and operations for partnership-track candidates Provide high-quality patient care across inpatient and outpatient settings Skills & Modalities General Radiology Angiography Arthrography Biopsies Body Imaging Cardiac / Cardiovascular Cross Sectional Imaging (CT, MRI) Emergency Radiology Fluoroscopy Minor Interventions Musculoskeletal & Neuroradiology Myelography Non-Invasive Vascular Nuclear Medicine Pediatrics Ultrasound Vascular / Interventional Qualifications MD or DO with successful completion of a Radiology residency Fellowship training in Interventional Radiology preferred Board Certified or Board Eligible in Radiology Eligible for Florida medical licensure Newly graduating fellows (starting Summer 2025) and experienced physicians welcome Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-first mindset Why Join Florida Radiology Consultants?
