Join a well-established, physician-owned private practice group of 11 radiologists seeking a Breast Imager and General Diagnostic Radiologist to become part of a collaborative and efficient team. This is a rare opportunity to join a small, independent equitable group with a short 1-year partnership track, top-tier compensation, and exceptional work-life balance. Recruitment is due to growth and retirement. The practice serves a 210-bed hospital and several nearby satellite facilities including a state-of-the-art breast center. The group maintains a long-term stable exclusive contract with the health system who provides strong support including a new financial subsidy. Diagnostic Radiologist The ideal candidate would be on-site and full-time A full-time remote position and on-site/part-time would be considered 1 Year Partnership Track with no buy-in Starting associate salary of $550,000-$650,000 commensurate with experience and specialty Top-Tier Income among private practice radiology groups with partners earning greater than $850,000 12 Weeks of Vacation for full time, equal to partner Hybrid / Flexible Work Schedule Combination of on-site and remote home shifts Flexible scheduling structure designed to support work-life balance No Call or Weekend Shifts Teleradiology Coverage starts at 5 pm weekdays and covers all weekend Signing bonus of $25,000 for on-site full-time positions All subspecialties are considered to enhance a well-rounded group Breast Imager Employed or Partnership-Track options available Part-Time or Per-Diem positions would be considered On-site position only; remote mammography will not be considered 1 Year Partnership Track with no buy-in Starting salary of $550,000-$650,000 commensurate with experience.
