Job Title: Onsite Interventional Radiologist – Washington, DC Location: Cedar Hill Regional Medical Center – GW Health | Washington, DC Take Your IR Career to the Next Level in Washington, DC Universal Radiology Partners (URP) is seeking an experienced Interventional Radiologist to join our growing team at Cedar Hill Regional Medical Center – GW Health in Washington, DC. This is an opportunity to practice hospital-based interventional radiology in a collaborative environment while providing high-quality patient care to the Washington, DC community. Why URP is Different: Competitive compensation with RVU-based incentives Full-time and part-time opportunities available Malpractice coverage and licensing support included Collaborative, physician-led practice environment Modern hospital setting with a multidisciplinary care team Cerner EMR to support documentation and clinical workflow Opportunity for a long-term position with a growing radiology group Supportive administrative and clinical team What You’ll Do: Provide onsite interventional radiology coverage Perform a broad range of hospital-based IR procedures, including vascular interventions, biopsies, drainages, embolization, and ablation procedures Evaluate and manage patients before and after procedures Collaborate with surgeons, oncologists, hospitalists, and other multidisciplinary teams Provide procedural and clinical support for urgent hospital needs Participate in onsite daytime coverage with evening/night call Maintain compliance with hospital, state, and regulatory standards Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care Who We’re Looking For: MD or DO, Board Certified/Eligible in Interventional Radiology Fellowship-trained in Interventional Radiology Eligible for or licensed in Washington, DC Experienced with hospital-based interventional procedures Comfortable with onsite IR coverage and call responsibilities Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-care skills Why You’ll Love This Role: Join a growing, physician-led radiology practice where you can build a long-term career while working alongside an experienced clinical team.
