Sanford Health in Bismarck, ND is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Diagnostic Radiologist to join a successful, well-established group of physicians. Practice Details: Join an experienced team of 8 diagnostic, 3 interventional and 5 APP's General or fellowship trained considered 14 weeks vacation guaranteed A full work station provided for at-home reading Variable shifts daily/in-house or work from home Flexible group-controlled shift scheduling No call duties after 9 pm Work 6-7 weekends per year from home ACR Accredited Radiology Department Newly remodeled department with state-of-the-art imaging equipment Physician-led organization Competitive Compensation Plan: Compensation floor of $750,000 for the first two years of the employment contract, plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs In addition, a $200,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 4 years (this will be subject to a contractual agreement specifying all details) Additional physician benefits package including health, dental and vision insurance, 401K plan, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, CME allowance, allowed time away, malpractice insurance and tail coverage, and a relocation allowance.
