Mercy Radiologists of Dubuque is a cohesive, close-knit, 8-physician private practice seeking a general radiologist to join our group following a planned departure. Top-tier compensation: Average partner compensation is $900,000+ with opportunity to earn more based on productivity. Pay per wRVU is high. Starting salary is negotiable. The role We’re looking for a radiologist who is comfortable in a general radiology setting. All members of our group read basic emergency imaging and breast imaging and perform light IR procedures, including thoracenteses, paracenteses, and breast biopsies. Most of our radiologists also read MSK, body, and breast MRI, though not everyone reads or does everything. We value versatility and a team-first approach. Ideal candidate Board certified or board eligible in diagnostic radiology Comfortable with general, emergency, and breast imaging Willing to perform basic procedures (paras, thoras, breast biopsies) MSK, body, or breast MRI experience a plus Collegial, dependable, and interested in long-term partnership Onsite and hybrid options We strongly prefer a full-time onsite radiologist. For the right candidate, we’re open to a hybrid arrangement with a minimum of 4–6 weeks onsite per year.
