Columbus Community Hospital is seeking a General Radiologist with Interventional Radiology (IR) training to join our collaborative and highly respected radiology team. This hospital-employed opportunity offers the chance to practice in a growing medical community while contributing to high-quality patient care throughout central Nebraska. About our practice: Hospital-employed Board-certified/eligible in radiology. Mixed caseload emergency room inpatient outpatient Equipment CT Ultrasound Nuclear Medicine Bone densitometry X-ray Fluoroscopy 3D mammography Wide-bore MRI PET Scan Interventional radiology procedures Long-standing stability Work-life balance Three-week rotations that include 17 weeks of vacation (every third week off) Week one Provide on-site daytime call coverage at Columbus Community Hospital during weekdays. Weekend coverage consists of remote home-call coverage. Evening and overnight coverage is provided by an established external teleradiology service. Week two Provider oversees outside studies from outside local clinics that are sent in to be read. Could require travel to Schuyler and/or David City (about 15 minutes from Columbus) to read or help do radiology procedures Week three Off Competitive pay and excellent benefits
