Job Description Schedule: 1 week on, 1 week off OR 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off of 5p – 1a CST or 4p – 12a Subspecialty Support: 24/7 Pedi and Neuro Support and 8+ radiologists working in the evenings and overnight Compensation & Benefits: Competitive Starting Salary : $400,00 starting base salary $25,000 signing bonus Productivity incentive bonuses (paid at $30 per RVU above 72 RVUs per shift) Full Benefits : Comprehensive benefits package, including paid malpractice. Internal Moonlighting : Unlimited opportunities for additional income through internal moonlighting. Call and Vacation Time Flexibility : Options to buy/sell call and vacation time. Business Expenses : Group-paid business expenses and a CME reimbursement allowance. 401(k) Contribution : $47,500 contribution from the group for fully vested employees (for 26 and 24-week packages).
