Join a Private, Physician-Owned Teleradiology Practice Offering a Pay-Per-Study Compensation Model, with shift premiums and other incentives! 1099 or W2 options available. Hours/Scheduling: Standard hours—shift length may be negotiable: 5pm-1am CST 6pm-2am CST 8pm-4am CST 4am-noon CST Noon-8pm CST 7-on 7-off or 7-on 14-off scheduling is ideal, but they also offer various set rotations - for example someone who would work each week Thurs, Fri, Sat ... consistency is key. Case Mix: Case mix is predominately bread and butter ED work, and about 60% cross-sectional imaging. They can filter out modalities you don't read. Volume: There is no volume quota to meet, radiologists can read at their own pace, the more you read the more you make. Earnings: Average paced Radiologists working the first few shifts above on a 7 on/off schedule are earning around $750K annually. Faster-paced readers are earning $1.2 Million annually.
