A long-established, highly respected private practice on Florida's West Coast is seeking an Interventional Radiologist to join its growing team. This is an opportunity for an IR physician who wants to practice a high percentage of Interventional Radiology , while maintaining a broad diagnostic practice. No mammography. The group has experienced continued growth and expansion of its services and offers physicians the opportunity to build a long-term career within an established practice. You will practice a high percentage of your IR specialty , along with diagnostic radiology as needed. No mammography. PARTNERSHIP & INCOME POTENTIAL This is a partnership-track opportunity designed for physicians who want significant long-term earning potential. Partners are among the top 5% nationally in compensation , with potential income of $1 million+ . The partnership vote occurs at approximately 2 years , with generous income increases along the way. Vacation also increases substantially with partnership: 10 weeks vacation initially 17 weeks vacation at partnership SCHEDULE Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM IR call: 1 weekend in 6 The practice also offers opportunities for additional internal moonlighting income for physicians who want to increase their earnings. $50,000 SIGNING ALLOWANCE A $50,000 allowance is available with a signed contract. FELLOWS & PRACTICING PHYSICIANS WELCOME Practicing Interventional Radiologists and 2026/2027/2028 fellows are encouraged to apply. For fellows who commit early, the practice offers the opportunity to moonlight with the group during fellowship , providing an opportunity to become familiar with the practice before completing training.
