MSK Radiologist - Telemedicine Full-Time Remote MSK Radiologist — Subspecialty Reads, Physician-Owned Practice (W2) Expert Radiology · Remote (US) · Full-Time Employee (W2) · Monday–Friday daytime schedule The short version Expert Radiology is hiring a fellowship-trained Musculoskeletal Radiologist for a full-time, fully remote W2 position. You'll read a dedicated worklist of 100% outpatient MSK studies on a standard weekday schedule — no nights, no weekends, no call — at a practice that is physician-owned and physician-run. This is a role for a radiologist who wants the stability of employment, the volume and focus of a true subspecialty practice, and a reading environment designed by radiologists rather than a corporate shift board. Graduating MSK fellows are welcome to apply for a start date after fellowship. What this role looks like Full-time, W2 employment with a consistent Monday–Friday daytime schedule (approximately 40 hours per week). Start and end times have reasonable flexibility so the day fits your life. 100% outpatient. No ED, no inpatient, no stat-call chaos. You read a predictable subspecialty worklist at a sustainable pace. MSK-focused. Your worklist is built around the cases you trained for — MSK MRI, CT, radiographs, and ultrasound — with neuro and general radiology available if you want to keep those skills sharp. Fully remote. Read from home or wherever you're licensed. We cover the cost of additional state licenses and our team handles the application legwork with you. Physician-led. Decisions about workflow, quality, and support are made by radiologists who understand what it takes to do this work well. What you'll do Interpret musculoskeletal imaging studies (MRI, CT, radiography, and ultrasound), with neuro and general radiology optional. Dictate using our transcription-assisted reporting tools, built to cut documentation time so more of every hour goes to reading. Maintain the quality and turnaround standards of the practice on the cases you read. Participate in peer review and collaborate with fellow radiologists and our operations team to continuously improve quality and workflow. What you'll need M.D. or D.O.; completion of an ACGME-accredited (or equivalent) diagnostic radiology residency. Completion of an accredited fellowship in Musculoskeletal Radiology (graduating 2027 fellows welcome to apply; start date after fellowship completion). Board certified or board eligible in Diagnostic Radiology (ABR or equivalent). Active, unrestricted medical license (or eligibility) in the state(s) where you'll read. Reliable high-speed internet and a private, HIPAA-compliant reading space. Compensation and benefits Competitive salary — Avg $700/hr.
