Gaston Radiology (GRAD) is a physician-led, independent private practice of 20+ radiologists, committed to delivering high-quality care while maintaining autonomy and a strong sense of collegiality. Practice Highlights: Setting: CaroMont Regional Medical Center and affiliated outpatient imaging centers Coverage: Internal nighthawk model for overnight coverage with group support for complex cases Technology: Hologic and PowerScribe (breast imaging); McKesson PACS (general radiology) Volume: ~70–80 wRVUs/day, with subspecialty reads aligned to training and interests.
