Alabama Coastal Radiology is a longstanding, independently owned radiology group comprised of 21 radiologists with an exclusive contract with Infirmary Health, providing comprehensive radiology services across the majority market share of Mobile and Baldwin counties. On-site Radiologist with Fellowship Specialization: Breast Imaging, Body Imaging, Nuclear Medicine, Neuro, MSK, Thoracic, Emergency, or Interventional Radiology 2. General Diagnostic Radiologist: No fellowship required Proficiency in all imaging modalities MQSA compliance preferred Compensation & Benefits: Documented salary over $800,000 Partner track: Full partnership after 2 years; initial compensation includes 100% partner pay in the second year Flexible schedule: Over 14 weeks of vacation, no overnight shifts, and a typical schedule including approximately 40% remote work Additional benefits: Commencement bonus, relocation assistance, malpractice insurance, home workstation Retirement plans: 401(k) Profit Sharing Plan and Cash Balance Plan (once vested) Supportive Environment: Modern facilities and a collaborative team Lucrative internal moonlighting opportunities!
