BREAST & DIAGNOSTIC RADIOLOGISTS | SOUTHEAST FLORIDA | $625K+ | $75K SIGNING BONUS Physician-Owned Private Practice | Partnership Track | 40–42-Week Work Year | Hospital-Based A physician-owned and physician-managed private radiology group in Southeast Florida is expanding and seeking Breast Imagers and Diagnostic Radiologists to join a well-established private practice. This is an opportunity to earn $625,000 starting compensation , with a $50,000–$75,000 signing bonus , productivity incentives, a partnership track, and an attractive K-1 compensation structure. K-1 Non-Equity Partnership Structure The practice utilizes the physician's business LLC while allowing physicians to participate in the group's benefits and retirement programs. Significant Retirement Opportunity Through the cash-balance/pension plan, physicians may be eligible to contribute up to approximately $200,000–$300,000 annually on a pre-tax basis, depending on age and plan parameters. Productivity Bonuses All positions are eligible for quarterly productivity bonuses for production above the established base RVU/hour target. Hospital-Based Practice Interpret studies for hospitals rather than outpatient or oncology centers.
