Exceptional Call Balance: Enjoy a light 1:6 call rotation, with V-RAD providing full coverage from 6:00 PM to 7:00 AM so you can focus on life outside the hospital. Balanced Workload: Work within a collegial team of 4-5 readers, ensuring a manageable daily volume and a supportive peer environment.
