Join an established, successful, 16-member physician-owned radiology practice in central New Hampshire seeking new team members due to growing volumes and partner retirements. We are open to on-site partner track and remote employed arrangements. While subspecialties are welcomed, strong general diagnostic skills are essential. Mammography experience is preferred for on-site candidates but not required. IR/DR candidates are also welcome to inquire. General position/group information: Provide comprehensive radiology services to the Concord Hospital system, comprising three community hospitals, two outpatient imaging centers, and an urgent care center. The scope of work encompasses the breadth of general diagnostic radiology. However, a sophisticated referring provider base allows for ample subspecialty work. Full range of imaging modalities available, all interpreted on a fully updated McKesson/Change PACS system with PowerScribe One dictation software. Modest volumes with a strong emphasis on quality. Most shifts average roughly 65-70 wRVU (70-80 total case range with 30-35 cross-sectional). Overnight teleradiology coverage from 7pm-6am. Options for internal moonlighting to boost income. Sign-on bonus available. Two years to partnership. Partners hold a substantial ownership stake in a highly profitable outpatient imaging center, ensuring autonomy in daily operations, long-term financial stability, and a strong partnership with the hospital system. Equal vacation and call responsibilities from the start. Partners currently average 10-12 full weeks of vacation yearly plus numerous additional days off (including pre- and post-call weekend days off). Hybrid work schedule. Depending on skill-set/interests anywhere from 40-60% of shifts will be remote. All shifts are 8-9 hours in length, most 8am-5pm EST. Broad, high-end interventional work for those interested with strong collaborative relationships with referring providers and other service lines. IR/DR responsibilities are roughly 60%/40%. IR physicians do not participate in weekend diagnostic call shifts. The IR team includes well-trained PAs as well as a stable, committed nursing and tech staff. IR physicians typically earn $100K additional income per year through call coverage. Employed position highlights: $500-550K base salary, potentially more depending on productivity and willingness to participate in weekend call pool. Sign-on bonus available. Open to base plus per click RVU model if desired. Can accommodate W2 or 1099. Monday-Friday schedule. Available remote shifts are 6am-2pm, 8am-5pm, 9am-6pm, and 11am-7pm EST. 10 weeks of vacation.
