Radiology, Inc. is a radiologist-owned/operated practice and member of Strategic Radiology providing 24/7 comprehensive diagnostic imaging for 4 area hospitals, including a large academic health care system, multiple outpatient facilities and free-standing sites. 24 board-certified, sub-specialty-trained radiologists, 4 IR advanced practice providers, In-house and experienced IT, billing, coding, and credentialing specialists. Both onsite and remote positions are available. Board certification (or eligibility) is required. Employee Remote General Radiologist Midnight Track: Fully remote position with practice-provided remote home workstation 1 week on/2 weeks off (7 consecutive shifts Sunday-Thursday 10p-7a and Friday-Saturday 10p-8a Eastern time). Thirty-four (34) weeks’ vacation annually $475,000 starting salary and $25,000 sign-on bonus Additional compensation opportunities Moonlighting available RVU productivity incentives Full benefits/ profit sharing retirement/ health/ dental/ life insurance/ long term care contributions totaling up to an additional $170,000 annually Malpractice/License/DEA/Professional Societies paid Case mix for this position includes IP, ED, and OP (excluding mammography) Onsite Partnership Track: 2-year partnership track with 13 weeks vacation (shorter tracks available depending on experience) Salary and bonus potential $450,000 in year 1; $550,000 in year 2; and $800,000 beginning Year 3.
