Steinberg Diagnostic Medical Imaging (SDMI) is seeking a specialized Radiologist to join its team in Las Vegas, responding to an increased demand for focused imaging services, as well as a few retiring Radiologists in the years to come. SDMI is eager to integrate this Radiologist into its existing staff to maintain high standards of care. The newly recruited Radiologist will rotate through SDMI’s technologically advanced facilities. This opportunity has the beauty of outpatient with a work-life balance. Experience a unique 2-year partnership track tailored for a sub-specialized or well-rounded General Radiologist at SDMI’s 12 location outpatient practice in vibrant Las Vegas. SDMI runs independently of a large, non-profit healthcare system. The focus is to give subspecialty cases to the Radiologist, but each radiologist still rotates through general cases. One will perform simple non-interventional radiology procedures such as fluoroscopy and ultrasound guided procedures. Production bonus is offered and equal opportunity as a Radiologist can read as much or as little as they want after hours and on weekends. No shift requirements to pick up additional reads, one can log on and off as much as they wish. The value of a study is consistent across the group and is based on what the study is, the complexity of the study and time it takes to read the study. On average, one who reads in the evenings and on weekends can make $100,000+ additional per year. The work schedule is a five-day work week consisting of nine-hour shifts. The Radiologists share a call schedule that is very light, as the year is divided up by weeks and they rotate coverage, each Radiologist is covering a week a year to date. Since 100% outpatient, phone calls are triaged by the chief technician who will reach out to the Radiologist on-call as needed. Call is phone consultation only as Radiologists will never come in while on-call. About the Opportunity Financial Package The incoming Radiologist will receive the following compensation and benefits package from Steinberg Diagnostic Medical Imaging: Base plus production - $450K 1 st year salary, $500K 2 nd year salary and $650K on partnership track $50,000 Sign-On Bonus 2-year Partnership track – no-equity buy in Opportunity to make additional money reading on nights and weekends, no shift requirements, can log on and off as you wish! 8-10 weeks of vacation plus six major holidays (8 weeks off year 1 & 2, 10 weeks off year 3) Medical Liability Insurance Coverage $5K/year CME reimbursement Medical/Dental/Vision PPO Benefits 401K Profit Sharing, Optional Self-Directed No hospital shifts or overnights
