What You’ll Do As a Radiologist with the VA, you’ll perform meaningful, advanced diagnostic work every day: Interpret mammography (screening & diagnostic), PET, ultrasound, fluoroscopy, CT, MRI, and plain film studies. Use leading-edge PACS and voice recognition systems to perform and report studies with efficiency and accuracy. Communicate directly with providers on critical findings—your insights make an immediate impact. Participate in peer reviews, clinical conferences, and teaching activities with radiology residents and medical students from top institutions. Share equitable night and weekend call rotations within a supportive department. Option to pursue a clinical appointment at AU, our affiliate institution.
