Remote Body Imaging Radiologist | Weekdays Only, No Call | $575k Compensation + Uncapped Productivity Incentive | Fairfax Radiological Consultants (FRC) Employed Position 100% Remote Nationwide Candidates Welcome The Opportunity Fairfax Radiological Consultants (FRC, PLLC), one of the largest and most established radiology practices in the Mid-Atlantic, is seeking a Board-Certified Body Imaging Radiologist to join our team in a fully remote, weekdays-only employed position. This role is built for physicians who want predictable hours, no call burden, and direct upside for the volume they read without sacrificing the stability, infrastructure, and collegial support of a large, well-run practice. Schedule Time Off Weekday shifts only no evenings, nights, weekends, or holiday coverage required 204 shifts per year, reflecting 10 weeks of vacation 100% remote read from home anywhere in the U.S. (multi-state licensure supported) Compensation Base salary of $500,000 plus a full benefits package valued at $75,000 Targeted productivity of 72 work RVUs per shift Uncapped productivity incentive of $46 per wRVU for all volume produced above the shift target Weekend moonlighting available for additional compensation at premium rates Schedule Weekdays only no weekend, holiday, or overnight call required Shift Volume 204 shifts / year (10 weeks vacation; holidays not included in shift count) Location 100% remote work from home anywhere in the U.S. (subject to state licensure) Base Compensation $500,000 base salary plus full benefits (e.g. health, LTD, retirement) valued at $75,000 Productivity Target 72 wRVU / shift Productivity Bonus $46 per wRVU for all volume above the 72 wRVU/shift target uncapped What You'll Read Body imaging studies (i.e. Xray, US, CT, and MRI) supporting FRC's outpatient imaging centers and the Inova hospitals.
